Aakash Tablet PC : The much awaited Akash Tablet is now available for sell on Friday. The world's ultra low cost tablet PC is available for customers and it can be booked online. The pilot version of Akash PC, mainly for students, is priced at Rs 2500. This is available for all whether they are students are not.

The Canadian company DataWind, who manufactured the Akash tablet, said that the online booking is available for students version and the pre booking is for UbiSlate 7, the upgraded version for all. The commercial version of Akash Tablet, UbiSlate 7 is priced at Rs 2,999. However, payment mode for both versions is cash on delivery.The delivery of UbiSlate 7 will start from January 2012. The delivery will be made within a week of online booking.
