Spyder Business On Bang, Beats Baahubali

Superstar Mahesh Babu's Spyder business has been started at last, but on bang. If some speculations are to be believed, LVR distributors have acquired Spyder West Godavari rights by shelling out staggering Rs 5.04 crores. This is highest for Mahesh Babu and second highest in Telugu cinema.

While Baahubali: The Conclusion holds the top record for the region, Spyder takes second slot by beating Baahubali: The Beginning and Khaidi No 150 records. Khaidi No150 and Baahubali part one were sold at 4.6 cores and 4.5 crores respectively in that region.

Buzz is that, star distributor and producer Sai Korrapati is negotiating with producers for Spyder Vizag (Uttarandhra) rights. If negotiations work out, Sai would most probably get the rights.

Actually, makers of Spyder are demanding huge prices from distributors since they are spending massive budget on the film.

Interim, the film Spyder co-starring Rakul Preet Singh is slated for release on August 25th.
