The National Implementation Committee under Honorable Home Minister Rajnath Singh has announced plans to commemorate five eminent figures, including BJD founder and two-time Odisha CM Biju Patnaik and shehnai maestro Ustad Bismillah Khan, M S Subba Lakshmi, Swami Abhedananda. This comes right after the debate taking place in the country as to why every single project should have a Gandhi's name to it. There are plans being put in place to celebrate the lives of these great personalities in various ways all through the year.
