Telangana Tangle: TRS Threatens to Stall Assembly Session

Telangana Rashtra Samithi MLA K Taraka Rama Rao said that if the UPA government failed to come forward with a concrete assurance on the Telangana tangle, then they would ensure that the Assembly proceedings are stalled. He demanded the center to announce a time-bound programme for the formation of a separate Telangana state.

K Taraka Rama Rao, who participated in the yatra that covered Kukatpally, Hydernagar and Balanagar areas in Hyderabad, accused TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu of moving a no-confidence motion against the Congress government with the sole intention of bargaining with the Kiran Kumar Reddy government to stall the CBI probe against him. Holding the Congress, TDP and YSR Congress responsible for stalling the formation of Telangana state, KTR said these parties would be taught a lesson very soon for repeatedly betraying the people of Telangana.
