`She autos’ in Kochi

An auto rickshaw service that’s dedicated for women passengers is going to kick off in Kochi today. The She auto will be driven by the drivers who were trained with soft skills to deal with the female passengers and children. So far, a group of 100 drivers were trained to drive these She autos. Some of these drivers include women. These drivers will be given special badges to be easily recognised. These services would be available 24 hours in the selected areas of the city. The theme of She autos was not new for the people of Andhra Pradesh. Last year, AP chief minister Chandrababu naidu has distributed 49 autos to the women who got training in driving them.
