Bihar's fake topper makes shocking confession

Ruby Rai who became a topper in her class 12 exams, in the fake topper scam in Bihar, has made a shocking revelation. Ruby Rai, when asked about the whole fake topper scam she said,  “I had only told my dad to get me passed but he went ahead and made me the topper”. Rai, who had come into limelight after describing political science as "prodigal science"and that she learnt cooking as a subject in it, soon after the declaration of the Class XII results, was asked about a dozen questions from the syllabus by a seven-member expert committee of the board. When asked to write about Tulsidas in her re exam, she has written, ‘Tuslidas, Pranam”. This reveals the sorry state of affairs prevailing in the Bihar education system.
