Jaitley hits back at Rahul Gandhi

Rahul Gandhi, the Congress Vice President, raised the topic of price rise and targeted the Prime Minister on the same in the Lok Sabha today. "He (PM Modi) said price rise is a big issue and mother and children cry all night and sleep off crying. We will curb inflation is what Modi promised. What a dialogue it was," Gandhi said while quoting from one of Modi's election speeches of 2014. The Finance Minister Arun Jaitley gave it back to the Congress leader in his reply he said, the price rise was in double digits during the last two years of the UPA tenure.
