Even before R&B minister Dharmana Prasada rao had a sigh of relief for being relieved from CBI prosecution, a fresh petition has been filed against him in High Court today. The petitioner has appealed the court to order the Government to expel minister Dharmana from the cabinet as he is accused in CBI charge sheet in Vanpic lands scam. The court has accepted the petition and served notices to state government. The case has been adjourned to 5th June.
