Mysore Maharaja ties the knot at Mysore Palace

 

"King" Yaduveer Wadiyar has tied the knot with his beautiful bride Trishika Kumari Singh from the Rajasthani royalty earlier today. This was the first wedding in over 40 years being held at the historic Mysore Palace in Karnataka. Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar, 24 years of age was adopted by Queen mother Rani Pramoda Devi Wadiyar after her husband Srikantadatta Narasihma Raja Wodeyar died three years ago, as the couple had no children. The bride Trishika Kumari belongs to the Royal family of Dungarpur in Rajasthan. Yaduveer, now the 27th "King" of Wodeyar dynasty was engaged to Trishika much before his adoption as scion to royal family.
