Hillary better than me and Bill says Obama

After the first lady Michelle Obama's emotional speech supporting the Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton for the top job at the White house, it was Barack Obama's turn to root for Hillary to win the polls. Mr Obama praised Mrs Clinton at the Democratic convention in Philadelphia. He said voters faced a choice between hope and fear, attacking "home-grown demagogue" Republican Donald Trump. "I am more optimistic about the future of America than ever before," Mr Obama told thousands of delegates at the convention, praising Mrs Clinton as uniquely qualified to succeed him.

He said the 68-year-old former first lady and senator knew what it's like to be in the room when tough epoch-making and presidency-breaking decisions were taken. "I can say with confidence there has never been a man or a woman not me, not Bill (Clinton), nobody more qualified than Hillary Clinton to serve as president of the United States of America," he said. He said Mr Trump's grim portrait of America was "not the America I know". The former secretary of state Hillary joined him on stage for a hug after he finished speaking.
