Indo-Pak talks at the breakfast table

The relations between India and Pakistan might have strained after the Pathankot attacks. India has even cancelled the meeting at foreign secretary level after the attack. But now, as the time passed by, the heat in the bilateral relations seems to have cooled down. Indian External affairs minister Sushma Swaraj and Pakistan’s foreign policy chief Sartaj Aziz held informal talks over a... breakfast, during the ongoing session of SAARC in Nepal. Both leaders were seated next to each other at a breakfast hosted by Nepal’s deputy prime minister Kamal Thapa. They were seen to be deeply involved in a serious conversation. Both Sushma and Sartaj were officially scheduled to meet this evening to discuss various bilateral issues. Sushma Swaraj was expected to raise India’s concern over Pakistan’s inability in nabbing the culprits behind Pathankot terror. It’s a well known fact that Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), the mastermind of Pathankot attack is freely operating in the territory of Pakistan. So would Sartaj move his step forward to assure some action? or would he limit his conversations to the breakfast chitchat?
