Facebook investor gets offensive against India

Many of us may not know who Marc Andreessen is! But for the record, he is one of the members on board for Facebook. Andreesen seems to be dejected with TRAI’s decision in support of net neutrality. Earlier, his CEO Mark Zuckerberg has expressed his unhappy mood over the TRAI’s move. But Andreessen seems to be much disappointed that he decided to be offensive towards India. “Anti-colonialism has been catastrophic for the Indian people for decades. Why stop now,” was his tweet today morning. His tweet implies that Indians should be ready to be ruled by others, if they wish to prosper. Though Andreessen has later withdrawn the tweet after huge outcry, the screenshot of his tweet it still roaming across the globe. Many of Indians would now probably understand why TRAI has favored net neutrality and why Zuckerberg is unhappy with the decision. Net neutrality would not allow Facebook or any other website to gain hold over internet through tricks and tactics. With the tweet of Andreessen, it’s clear that some people still wish to rule or control India. Can they!
