The CID officers have arrested, a close aide of Maddelacheruvu Suri murder accused Bhanu Kiran, Vishnuvardhan Reddy in Madhapur late on Thursday and recovered two .32 revolvers from him. CID sleuths raided Alekhya Apartments at  Madhapur and arrested Vishnuvardhan in the presence of Bhanu.

Vishnuvardhan Reddy is said to be a weapon supplier to Bhanu. He also helped Bhanu to kill Suri. Based on the confession of Bhanu, the CID officials arrested Vishnu and shifted him to Narayanaguda police station.
