By Poll Results Live: Jagan Mohan Reddy's party the YSR Congress is celebrating big. As largely predicted, it has won in 12 seats and is leading in 3 of the 18 assembly seats for which by-elections were held this week. Jagan Reddy is in a Hyderabad jail on corruption charges. The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) is expectedly leading in the one Telangana seat of Parkal.
