AP Assembly Budget Session: Adjourned For Wednesday

Andhra Pradesh Assembly Budget session, which started yesterday, has been adjourned for tomorrow Wednesday (14-02-12) amidst din caused by the opposition parties. Noisy scenes and arguements were witnessed in the assembly on the second day today also.

At the start of the session today (14-2-12), TRS placed adjournment motion pertaining to liquor syndicates, corruption and Telangana issue. The Speaker Nadendla Manohar didn't allow the motion. This prompted the TRS and TDP legislators to barge into the Speaker's podium with placards. Though the speaker tried to convince them, but the protesting parties didn't relent. First the assembly was adjourned for half an hour, later for 10 minutes. When Left Parties also joined the protest, finally the assembly has been adjourned for tomorrow.
