ACB challenges HC judgment in SC

ACB has filed a petition in the Supreme Court on Thursday challenging the High Court’s decision of granting bail to TDP MLA Revanth Reddy, Sebastian and Uday Simha accused in the note-for-vote case. The ACB in its petition appealed the apex court to dismiss the bail order issued by the High Court as they may influence the evidences in this case while the investigation has reached crucial stage. The ACB in its petition mentioned that it has to find out the source of balance Rs. 4.50 crores money offered to nominated MLA Elvis Stephenson by Revanth Reddy. The apex court may take up its petition tomorrow and may serve notice to Revanth Reddy to file counter in this case.
