One of the accused in Gali Janardhan Reddy bail scam, supended judge Laxminarasimha Rao made some sensational statements on Monday. He is currently facing interrogation by the ACB pertaining to the case.

Laxminarasimha Rao wrote letters to the High Court, SHRC and ACB DIG complaining against ACB Joint Director Sampath Kumar. He alleged that Sampath Kumar had abused him during questioning and the investigating agency had deliberately didn't involve the state Law Minister Erasu Prathap Reddy, who is a relative of OMC Mining Company owner and the prime accused in the case, Gali Janardhan Reddy.
