Veg Sabudana Idli

 

 

Ingredients:

1 Cup  : Sabudana soaked for 2 hours

1 Cup  : Blanched Palak Puree 

1 Cup  : Carrot Puree

1 tsp roasted cumin powder

Salt to taste 

 

Method:

In a bowl, first add the Palak puree, salt, cumin powder, Sabudana and mix it well. Then take another bowl and add carrot puree, salt, cumin powder, Sabudana and mix it well. Heat the idli cooker. Meanwhile pour the two batters in seperate cavitoes in the idli stand. Now place the stand in the cooker and steam it. Once done serve it hot with chutney of your choice.
