Sugar Less Sesame Dates Laddu

 

 

Sweets are often hated and eaten with guilt. But this sweet can be an off track sweet which can be enjoyed with out guilt as it doesn't have direct sugar in it,but yet its a sweet by all means.

 

Ingredients :
Dates 200gs
Sesame seeds 1/2 cup
Coconut powder 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder 1/2 spn

 

Method :
Dry roast sesame seeds and keep them aside to cool down. When cool grind them coarsely(remember we don't need smooth powder). Take 200 gms of seedless dates,cut them into small pieces. Take a bowl add sesame powder ,cut dates , half quantity of coconut powder.and cardamom powder. Mix well and make it into a dough. Take small portions of this dough and make laddus, Roll them in the remaining coconut. Serve it as and when you like. Good for. Have this Sweetelious sweet.enjoy!!
