Simple Porridge 

 

 

 

Porridge is a healthy way to start the day and capable of keeping you going until the lunchtime! So you don’t snack in between.

 

Ingredients:

1 Cup Broken Wheat or Wheat Rava 

250 ml Milk 

2 Spoons Jaggery or Honey 

1 Banana peeled and sliced

Hand full of dry fruits

 

Procedure

Add the Broken wheat and Milk in sauce pan. Bring it to boiling on medium heat, simmer it for 5 to 10 minutes and stir it occasionally.

Finally bring it off the flame. Some milk may be added (if needed).

Serve the porridge into the bowls and top it with sliced banana and dry fruits.
