Paneer Poori

 

 

Ingredients:

1 Cup   - Wheat Flour 

1 Cup   - All purpose flour

1 Cup   - Paneer (grated)

1 tsp     - Coriander powder

1 tsp     - Red Chilli powder

1 tsp     - Fresh coriander finely chopped

Salt as per taste

Water as required

Oil for frying

Method:

 

First in a bowl mix all these ingredients including the masalas and knead it well into a dough for pooris. Let the dough rest for a while. Now take small portion of dough and roll them into disc shapes. Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan and fry the pooris. The Paneer Pooris are ready to be served. You can serve it with curry of your choice.
