Mixed Veg Pakoda

 

 

Ingredients:

Roasted Sooji/ Rava    - 1 cup

Rice flour                      - 1 tbsp

Green chilli                   - 1 finely chopped

Onion                            - 1 finely chopped

Mixed vegetables          - Cabbage, Carrot, Beans

Hing                               - a pinch

Water                             - as needed

Oil                                   - for frying

Coriander leaves finely chopped

Salt to taste

 

Method:

Mix the sooji rava, rice flour, salt, hing, green chilli and onion cabbage carrot and beans. Now add enough water to make a dough. Keep it aside for 10 minutes. After ten minutes mix well again. Take a small portion and fry it in hot oil. Deep fry till golden brown. Serve it hot with green chutney and ketchup.
