CUP CAKES (Mothersday Special)
Ingredients:
* 150 gm butter softened
* 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
*1/2 cup sugar
* 2 large eggs
* 1 cup flour
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
*1/4 cup milk
*3 teaspoons of oil
*Pinch of salt.
Steps to Cook:
Add cream, vanilla essence, sugar and mix until it gets fluffy. add eggs one after the other beating them thoroughly , now add flour, salt, baking powder to the creamy mixture. Stir in milk and oil(at this point you can choose to add colour and flavour)
Place 12 paper patty cases in patty tins. Spoon all the mixture evenly into the paper cases. Bake at 190 degree C for 15 minutes or until cakes spring back when lightly touched. Take out of the oven to cool. After cooling cover with icing and decorations.
