Chocolate Cup Cake

 

 

Ingredients:

All purpose flour - 1 ½ cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Cocoa powder - ½ cup
Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
Salt - ½ teaspoon
Butter Milk - 1 Cup
Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon
Oil - ½ cup

 

Method:

First sieve and mix all dry ingredients. Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line the cup cake tray with cupcake liners. Add butter milk to the dry ingredients. Add in oil. Whip it till the batter is smooth and no lumps are found.

But make sure you don't over beat. And bake in pre-heated oven for about 18-20 minutes or till toothpick inserted in centre of cupcake comes out clean. Remove it from oven and after few minutes remove cupcakes on wire rack and let them cool completely and serve them.
