Atukula Vadiyalu

Ingradients
1 cup thick Atukulu (Rice Flakes)
2 cups grated Dosakaya.
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp Asafoetida ( Inguva )
6 Green Chillies
Salt to taste
Instructions
Soak atukulu (Rice Flakes) in water once and remove.
Mix wet atukulu (Rice Flakes) with grated Dosakaya.
Grind Cumin seeds, Asafoetida ( Inguva ) and green chillies, add salt to taste.
Mix everything, make small dumplings (approx. 1 tbsp full), flatten them a little and set out to dry in the sun.
Once dry, fry them in oil till it gets brown colour, and enjoy.
