Radhika Apte is an Indian film and stage actress. She made her film debut in the 2005 film Vaah Life Ho Toh Aisi.

Actor Rahul Bose, who had seen her perform in Anahita Oberois play Bombay Black, suggested her name to director Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury who cast her in Antaheen along with Aparna Sen, Sharmila Tagore and Rahul Bose. She played the role of Brinda Roy Menon, a TV journalist, in Antaheen.

She has done Marathi plays like Tu, Purnaviram, Matra Ratra and Kanyadaan with Lilette Dubey. Samuel Becketts That Time with Rehan Engineer.

Apte will appear as Savitri, a village girl in Sunil Sukhthankars untitled Marathi film. She will also be seen in Maneej Premnaths The Waiting Room, a thriller which will mark her entry into Bollywood. Apte will also star in Akash Khuranas Life on Life, about a bunch of youngsters working in a BPO and Amol Palekars untitled Marathi film.
