Carrot Chutney






Carrot - 3
Tomato - 2
Red capsicum - 1
Garlic - 2 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
Coriander 2 tsp


Take a blender and put all the dry ingredients in it. Don't grind it too much as the consistency of the chutney should be little crunchy. Now in a pan add oil and let the jeera splutter, then add the ground paste. After that add some tomato ketchup and some coriander to it. Take it out in a serving bowl and you could serve it as a dip with samosa, kachori or pakoda.
