Surprise your mother with 5 min Oreo cake

Ingredients:

Oreo Biscuits - 20 (one pack)

Milk - 1 cup

Sugar - 3 tblsp

Baking Powder - 3/4 tsp or Eno regular flavour - 3/4 packet

Oil - 1 tblsp for greasing the pan

Method:

*Crush oreo biscuits and put them in a mixer and powder them.

*Add baking powder/ Eno, sugar and milk. Puree them to a smooth mix.

*Take a microwave safe bowl and grease it with oil generously. You can line the bowl with parchment paper and grease the paper, by this the cake will slide out easily.

*Pour the batter in the bowl and put it in the microwave on high for 5 mins. Make sure the cake batter shouldn't exceed more than 3/4th of the cake pan.

*Once it is baked, remove it from oven and let it cool completely before inverting.

*Once it is out of the bowl you could serve it as it is or you could also serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
