Simple Sandwich Chutney 

 

 

 

Ingredients:
1) Big bunch of Coriander leaves(or 1 big cup)
2) Spns of ground nut /palli(Fried and skin removed)
3) 1/2 spn tamarind juice/ or half lemon
4) 1/2 small onion
5) Green chilles as per taste 
6) Salt as per taste
7) Sandwich bread
8) salad filling like cucumber/tomato/onion/ peppers etc

 

Method:
Put all ingredients in a mixi jar and make a fine paste of it. The chutney should be semi solid. Apply it to bread slice  place the salad pieces on it cover it with one more bread slice(laced with chutney) You can eat it directly or can grill it too if you like it that way.

 

Note : This will become soggy if made and kept aside,so make it when ever you are ready to eat.
