Heroine Anjali sounds like a poor actress who is signing only second leads in the films. But the sensational truth is that she's charging no less 50 lakhs for 10 day call-sheets.
In the upcoming movie 'Sarada' of Manchu Vishnu, Anjali will be seen in a crucial role that comes in the second half. She will be seen for nearly 15 minutes and it takes 10 days to shoot the role. Anjali clarified to makers that she needs 50 lakhs for 10 days, while any additional day from then, she should be paid 5 lakhs per day. That's too costly for a Telugu heroine, and more than what a Regina or Raashi Khanna charges.
Meanwhile, Anjali's other cameo stint Shankarabaranam releases today.
