Mohanlal to be boycotted

There is no doubt that Mohanlal is a superstar in Indian movies. His performances and awards would certainly prove the point. But the veteran actor is now under fire for his inhuman attitude. Mohanlal attracted huge criticism after inviting back Dileep who is under court proceedings regarding a sexual assault on actress Bhavana. His decision as president of Malayalam artists association has led to huge controversy. An association called The Women in Cinema Collective was formed to fight against such decisions. Now here is the latest glimpse of the controversy. More than 100 personalities from the field of literature and movie have decided to boycott the state awards function in which Mohanlal would be the chief guest. Notable personalities such as Prakash Raj and Rajeev Ravi are amongst the ones who has signed the statement in this regard.
