Zahabiya Khorakiwala joined her father's business as an executive director after financial difficulties forced the patriarch to sell ten hospitals in 2009. Six months later she was appointed Managing Director of Wockhardt Hospitals with eight hospitals under her watch. She is now overseeing the rebuilding of the Wockhardt hospitals network.
