Plans to export mangoes from AP to Riverside County!

Honorable Jaipal Reddy - Cabinet Minister for Urban Development GOVT of India meets. Riverside Mayor Ronald O. Loveridge - May 22nd 2007

Honorable Jaipal Reddy (Cabinet Minister for Urban Development GOVT of India) and Riverside county Mayor Ronald O. Loveridge met in Riverside at Basi Reddy's residence (a prominent personality in Los Angeles) for a casual luncheon meeting to get acquainted and discuss on matters of mutual interest between the local governments in their respective provinces.

During this meeting, they have discussed about potential participation of California in Real Estate ventures in INDIA and also discussed about making Riverside the hub for the mango import from Hyderabad, INDIA.

Priti Sarkar (Deputy Council General of India, San Francisco), Natraj Madireddy, Dharma Reddy and Papi Reddy were few other prominent members present at this meeting.

Mr.Jaipal Reddy has cordially extended his invitation to the Mayor to visit INDIA and requested Basi Reddy to coordinate in making the necessary arrangements for his trip.

Mayor was looking forward to working with the minister and was happy to have the opportunity to meet with him.
"I think we have a good relationship and I hope we can build on that in the future." said Mayor Ronald O. Loveridge.
