Ingredients

Potatoes                                                   - 250 gms boiled
Onions                                                       - 3
Ginger                                                        - 1 inch piece
Garlic                                                          - 3 cloves crushed
Green chilli                                                 -4
Cumin seeds                                             - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder                                     - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder                                      - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala                                          - 1/2 tsp
Kasuri Meethi                                            - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste.

Method:

For the masala, make a paste of onion, green chilli, garlic and ginger. Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds to it. Once the cumin seeds splutter add coriander powder and red chilli powder. Let the masala cook, now add the paste and cook it until the oil starts leaving. Then add mashed potatoes and saute for 2 more minutes. Pour 1 bowl water and cook it for 2-3 minutes and add garam masala and kasuri Meethi to it and serve it hot with Roti.
