Strawberry Muffins

Ingredients:

2 cups All purpose flour
1 1/2 cups Chopped Strawberries
1/2 cup Butter
3/4 cup + 3 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method:

Pre heat the oven at 200 degree C. Sieve the flour, baking powder, and salt together for a couple of times and keep it aside. Beat butter and sugar till they it becomes creamy. Add in the egg and mix well. Add flour mixture and milk alternately to butter mixture and the vanilla essence. Gently stir in the strawberries too. Fill the batter into the cup cake moulds. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over muffins. Bake it at 200 degree C for 20-25 minutes.
