Recipe of Cheesy Paneer Ribbon |
- 1 cup plain flour (maida)
- 2 tbsp semolina (rava)
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
- a few drops of lemon juice
- for stuffing
- 1/2 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
- 1/2 cup grated processed cheese
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-green chilli paste
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- oil for frying

Directions | How to make  Cheesy Paneer Ribbon |
- Make a dough using above ingredients keep it a side for 5 minutes.
- Mix all the ingradients for stuffing and keep it a side.
- Make a small puri fill the stuffing in the center make 3-4cut in the side and fold it alternative over the stuffing like hair plate.
- Make a bow using the dough srtips and stick to the end of samosa.
- To make it more decorative soak sabudana in water and colour it. Stick it on samosa ribbon using water.
- Deep fry it in oil till golden brown. Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketch up.
