Sesame seeds are very good for health. They Reduces Constipation
Helps increasing good cholesterol  ,Helps Hair growth and also Enhances skin tone. So try doing this and enjoy the healthy n tasty curry powder.

Dry roast Ingredients:

* 1 cup - Till / sesame seeds

* Red chillies 5/6

* Zeera - 2spns

* Salt to taste

Method:

* Grind Zeera ,salt and red chillies coarsely

* Add sesame seeds and dry just for 1 min,if you grind more oil will come
out and this wont remain as powder,so grind just for 1 min

* This can stored in dry jar,can be added in any gravy curries and can be eaten just like that with steamed white rice and ghee.
