Recipe of Yogurt Fruit Salad

Orange Tang Powder or Orange Rasna Powder – 2 Tbsp

Chopped Cucumber  – 1 cup

Chopped Apple – 1/2 cup

Chopped Carrot  – 1/2 cup

Lettuce Leaves – 5-6

Mint Leaves finely chopped – 6-8

Sugar Powder – 2 Tbsp

Yoghurt – 1 cup

Salt – 1/4 tsp

Beat Curd till creamy and smooth. Add Orange Tang or Rasna Powder, Mint leaves, Sugar Powder and Salt and mix/beat well in a bowl.

Add chopped Cucumber, Carrot and Apple to the above mixture. Now the Orange Yogurt Salad is ready.

Spread the Lettuce Leaves on a platter and pour the Orange Yogurt Salad on the Lettuce Leaves and serve.
