For seasoning/poppu/tadka:
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
pinch of hing/asafoetida
2 red chilies, tear and de-seed
1/4 tsp crushed coriander seeds (optional)
1/2 tsp garam masala pwd
1 tsp ghee
