T-Speaker appears before Court

Telangana speaker, Sirikonda Madhusudhana Chari on Monday appeared before the Civil Court in Warangal, in a case pertaining to violation of election code during 2014 elections.

 

When the election code was in effect, his follower Rajeshwar Rao was held by the police for carrying 20 lakhs violating norms of election commission. A case was filed against Rajeshwar Rao and Madhusudhana Chary arraying A1 and A2 respectively.

 

Court adjourned further hearings to 29th of May.
