Court summons Jagan in Penna case

CBI court has served summons to Jagan Mohan Reddy in the charge sheet filed against Penna Cements. He and all the other accused in this case were asked to attend the court on November 11th. So far the court has served him two notices in different charge sheets and this is the third one. He and the other accused have to attend the trial of his cases on November 1st and 10th also. Jagan and his auditor Vijaya Sai Reddy stood A1 and A2 accused in this case. The other accused in this particular case are: Penna Prathap Reddy, Penna Cements, Carmel Asia, Pioneer Company, PR Energy and J.Jagan Mohan Reddy.
