Ranga (Bala Krishna) is a flirtatious bachelor. He gets addicted to a prostitute called Amrita (Tabu). His parents try to reform him, but fail. Lakshmi (Sneha) is one of greatest devotees of Lord Krishna (Bala Krishna). One night Lord Krishna appears in her dreams and asks her to marry Ranga. Lakshmi somehow manages to wed Ranga. But Ranga keeps on going to Amrita and neglects his parents’ advice. The rest of the story is all about how Lord Krishna makes Ranga realize the importance of being loyal to wife and to respect the parents.

The main theme of the story revolves around the conflicts between the parents and their effect on the children. Raasi and Prithvi are a couple always finding fault with each other and end up in fighting and separating. Their children(2) are always bothered by this and they always try to pray for their parents unity by going to all the holy places and taking all the troubles to reach the gods. How they succeed in their attempts in uniting their parents......is the interesting part of the movie which has to viewed by everyone.
