Sekhar Chakravarthy (Sayaji Shinde) is a rich man and he remains bachelor till the age of around 50. However,
Sekhar likes a girl Sharmilee (Preeti Mehra), who was a good singer, and decides to marry her. After getting
married, Sekhar goes to his guru Akhandananda Swamy (Jeeva) only to inform that he got married and is
leaving for a honeymoon. The Swamy advises Sekhar to avoid the trip but it goes on deaf ears. Sekhar and
Sharmilee leave for Goa in a car. They experience some typical occurrences during their travel. Meanwhile,
Sharmilee tells Sekhar to avoid the main road and go through forest to reach Goa early.When the car reaches
middle of the forest, Sharmilee suffers hiccups and Sekhar goes into the forest to fetch water. While going
there, Sekhar happens to see Sharmilee in a typical tribal attire once and again in a old woman get up too.
However, he could not get the water. After their car reaches a guest house in the forest, they decide to stay
there for the night. There Sekhar escapes a murder attempt in a split second. After a few minutes, Sharmilee
finds Sekhar in a pool of blood. The real story starts here with Sharmilee meeting Krishna (Sameer), her
boyfriend. In fact, it was Krishna and Sharmilee who planned together to kill Sekhar and enjoy his
property.What follows the night's debacles forms the rest of the story.
An interesting and suspenseful story with backdrop of cinema industry. Rana is a well known director who bagged awards on the national and international level. He is a moody and eccentric person. Everyone around knows about his bad temper and steer clear of him. There enters a new face Trishna (Rukmini) in to his unit. Rana takes to liking and gets very close to her. This causes gossips to run around the two. Whoever tries to get closer to Trishna are brutally murdered. The needle of suspicion points towards Rana. A CBI officer Vivek (Arjun) comes to investigate. He too suspects Rana, but his lady-love Anita (Kajal) doesn't believe that Rana could do all this. Vivek is keen on finding out the truth. Will he succeed and how, is the remaining story. A well told story, very gripping and recommendable.
ACP Jayachandra (Nagababu) is a sincere police officer. He could not control his emotion and wants to remain an upright officer. He will never backtrack or compromise in punishing the criminals. He leaves no stone unturned to catch the culprits or to encounter them. At one point of time, due to his emotional attack, an innocent (Ali) dies in the hands of goons. From then onwards, he changes his mindset and stops moving fast. Instead, he maintains cool and start gathering all the details about the culprit before going to arrest them are encounter them. He gets posted in Hyderabad. His wife Aruna (Lakshana) joins the college as a lecturer. There is another lecturer (Pruthvi) in the college, who has more social consciousness. When the leaders of government and the opposition quarrel over the privatisation of some sugar factories and 25 each from both the groups resign forcing the Election Commission to hold by-elections. The lecturer files a Public Interest Litigation
(PIL) in the high court that holding of by-elections will cause a lot of expenditure on the exchequer and pleads for directions that no politician should resign and in case he resigns, he himself should bear the expenditure for the by-elections.
This point irks the politicians, who use goons and get him murdered. Incidentally, Aruna records
the murder in her cell phone. By using the cell phone, ACP Jaya blackmails the goons and collects huge money from them. Not only from goons, he also collects money from the politicians, who abetted the crime. At the same time, he keeps all the evidence in a computer. Learning that the ACP cheated them, the students, who gave him the evidence, try to kidnap him only to find that the ACP is none other than their lecturer's husband and an upright police officer. The ACP chalks out a plan and gathers all the goons in one place and takes everyone into his custody. He keeps everyone in a secluded place. Realising the threat to them, if the goons were produced in the court, the politicians try to get them released with the help of a corrupt CBI officer (Satya Prakash). However, Jaya foils all those plans. As their plans foiled, the CBI officer kidnaps Aruna and make Jaya believe that she committed suicide. However, the group of students are informed that she is safe and she would be released only if they turn hostile witnesses. As a result, Jaya's argument gets defeated and the court recommends his suspension and at the same time hands over the case to the CBI officer. In the climax, Jaya realise that Aruna is alive and kill everyone with the help of people.

There he meet lady police constable Urvasi and his uncle inspector Venkata Swamy (Ashish Vidyarthi). He falls in love with (Priyamani) while he is on his way home. Then onwards he goes around her even to her college. There Malati lies to him that she is love with Guna(Ajay) who happens to be the son of Mallanna. Vishal goes to him wishes him good luck as Malati is in love with him. Since then its Guna who roams around her. How Jagan comes face to face with Mallanna? What situations lead to the union of Malati and Jagan? How Jagan comes out as the winner of the game …?-Watch the film to know the answers.
As for the actual story, it is about a bad guy called Right (Srikant), who is not exactly on the wrong side of law. Like in all such films, he is sole man with a golden heart among bad guys. So, he is sidekick and right-hand man of Saleem bhai. Everything goes well, till it is time for our hero to meet the sincere and tough cop Choudhary (Jagapati Babu). It is not long before the twosome strike a friendship.
Arjun(Saikumar) is the son of a school teacher Sitaramayya. His father is adored by the villagers. Taking this as an opportunity to grab power some political leaders of the village come to him and seek his support to win in the elections. As he refuses their offer, he gets transferred to the city. Arjun comes into contact with the baddies in his locality. Rest of the story narrates how he teaches them a lesson and makes them come to their senses.
Athili Sathi Babu (Ravi Teja) is a smalltime thief in Hyderabad. A small girl comes to Sathi Babu claiming that he is her father. Later on it is revealed that there is a look-alike of Sathi Babu in the form of Vikram Singh Rathod who had an impeccable track record as IPS officer. His past in Chambal valley catches up with him. The rest of the story is all about how these look-alikes take care of baddies.
Prakash Raj and Devyani come together after Swarnamukhi for Giri. A major portion of the movie was shot in and around Kumbakonam. A huge set comprising shops, mechanic sheds and a temple was erected at Kumbakonam for the purpose. A couple of songs are being picturised at Thailand. Following their success in Arul, Vadivelu joins up with Aarthy (Sun TV Top Ten fame) for Giri yet again. FEFSI Vijayan, Mahanadhi Shankar, Madhan Bob, Ponnambalam, Manickam Vinayakam and Mayilsamy are also on the cast. Cinematography is by K S Selvaraj, while music is by D Imman. Story, screenplay and direction are by Sundar C while Bhoopathy Pandian has penned the dialogues.
A handsome man (Bala Krishna) lives in agency area with his wife (Laya), daughter and in-laws. He does not have a name nor does he know who he is. Charanraj and Raghuvaran are best friends. Charanraj is a police officer. Some kidnappers kidnap the son of Raghuvaran and demand for the release of their gang member, else they would kill the boy. After facing the life all alone in vengence for 20 years, Raghuvaran requests Balakrishna to help him in winning his task of killing Charanraj. Balakrishna accepts for this. The opening of the film is quite innovative with a few aerial shots of the historic Charminar and the title number describing the rich heritage of the country.

Radha Krishna is a sincere police officer whose sole aim in life is to put an end to the terrorists in India. His aim is further strengthened when his wife (Sonali Bendre) gets killed when she accompanies him to an ncounter.
Azhar was actually captured by terrorists who train him in warfare and poison him against India. He is then sent back to Hyderabad to devise plans to get their leader, Masood released from the prison, not knowing all this Amjad celebrates the return of his brother.
How the three protagonists fight it out with the militant group and prevent Masood from escaping, forms the rest of the story.

Sidhartha (Vikram) is born in a crematorium. His mother dies as soon as he is born and he is brought up by the under taker there. Sidhartha never socialized all his life until the death of his Godfather. Desperate in need of food, he steps out of the crematorium and goes to the village, only to be detested by the villagers. He is rescued by Kamala (Sangeetha) a ?ganja? seller. She puts him to work at the local mafia leader?s ?ganja? cultivation. This is when Sidhartha is arrested for smuggling the drug from the forest.
In the prison he meets Satya (Surya), who arranges for his bail immediately after his release. Surya reveals to the cops of the alleged drug trade and is killed by the mafia leader. Now how the hero avenges his friend?s brutal murder forms the rest of the story.
