No, You need not be a Subscriber (Paid Member). But you should be
a registered user of Teluguone.com. Registration is FREE.

How do I place an
order?
Just browse through the VCD Center, choose the item of your choice,
click on 'Add To Cart', login to your account, enter the shipping
information, payment options and successfully complete the ordering
process
How do I check the
current status of my orders?
You can view the details of all the orders you've placed with Teluguone
VCD Center till date. Just click on My
Account link and see the details against the order numbers of
your earlier purchases.
The Status will be displayed as 'Shipped' once your order has left
the warehouse. If the status is displayed as 'Under Process' it
could mean that we are still in the process of shipping.

I don't know my order
number. Where do I find it?
It is a 10 letter word starts with VC. e.g. VCAA100004. It can be
found in two ways.
1. Logon to Teluguone.com > goto VCD Center > click on MyAccount
Link. In that you can view the details of all the orders you've
placed with Teluguone.com VCD Center till date.
2. You would have received two emails, An order confirmation email
from Teluguone.com and another payment confirmation email from our
merchant (CCAvenue). You can find your order number in any of these
emails.
Can I cancel an order
after it is submitted?
To cancel an order, please send us a message through our Feedback
section giving us your name, e-mail address and order number. We
will be able to cancel your order if it has not entered the shipping
process. If the order is already shipped then there will be no way
of cancelling.
Do you deliver to locations outside India?
Yes, we deliver to locations in India and outside India.
What are your shipping charges?
Now it is FREE with in India. And outside india we charge Rs. 55.0
per VCD.

What are the available
payment options?
Teluguone.com brings you the most secured shopping experience
on the Net.We accept all Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners
Club, JCB and Citibank E-Cards (both Indian and International).
You can also pay through a direct debit of an online bank account
in India. We currently support HDFC Bank, Citibank,ICICI infinity,
UTI iConnect, IDBI and Centurion Bank customers. You could also
make your payment through Demand Draft, Cheque (Payable In Hyderabad

How can you execute my order just based on my credit card
number without verifying my signature?
Online transactions do not require signatures to authenticate the
transaction. All the details are verified electronically through
your bank.
Do you accept International credit cards for deliveries within India?
Yes, we accept all Indian/ International Visa, MasterCard, and American
Express credit cards.
Where do I mail the cheque/demand draft?
You can send Cheques / Demand Drafts for payment towards subscription
to either of the addressess given below.

Payment can be made in any currency for an equivalent amount
in Indian Rupees (INR). Please adjust the order amount according

Delivery
Places & Time
We
normally ship your order in 5 days.Your
order will reach you through courier as per their normal delivery
period depending on the delivery address. To some cities/towns it
can take upto 120 hrs from the time of pick up to deliver a consignment.
For a consignment not delivered at the consignee address, a message
slip will be left. The consignment will be held at the local courier's
office. The consignee can collect it from the local office within
7 days of the receipt of the message slip. There is no pick up or
delivery of your order by our courier services on Sunday and Holidays

please give us your correct pin-code in the shipping address.
Also, it is very important
for us to have your contact number, so please give us your correct
phone number while ordering.
If you want to change the shipping address you have specified
on placing the order, you can send us a message through our Feedback section and we will accommodate
the change if the goods have not been despatched from our warehouse
