Swaroski studded sneaker: What will they think of next? These crystal studded shoes were created for Pharrell Williams, an American singer-songwriter, rapper, musician, and fashion designer. A pair of popular Adidas Stan Smiths were studded with the precious crystals, almost 1600 of them in 15 different shapes and sizes to give it the encrusted look. The whole effort took around 10 hours to embellish the shoes and they were first shown to the public earlier this year. Apparently Pharrell Williams had personally handpicked the size, shape and color of the crystals he was looking for and worked with the Swaroski creative team to bring his idea to shape, which was inspired by a pair of platform crystal shoes from Swaroski. But sadly the shoes aren't available for sale and custom made exclusively for him.
