Shine like a star for your Valentine!!

 


Every woman aspires to look beautiful and young all through her life. Excessive exposure to sunlight causes, lack of sleep and unhealthy food habits may lead to dullness.


Here we giving you, some tips for glowing skin:


  1. Drink 8-10 glasses of water every day for naturally glowing skin.

  2. One should sleep minimum of 7-8 hours, lack of sleep can lead to dark circles and puffy eyes.

  3. Intake of dry fruits before breakfast, will help you build collagen and your skin will look radiant

  4. Regular exercising improves blood circulation throughout the body; and also keeps away wrinkles, unclogs pores and helps nourish the skin. 

  5. Take 2-3 cups green tea every day; it is packed with antioxidants that help your skin look younger and healthier.

  6. Eat healthy foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals such as fresh fruits and green veggies; due to which your skin will glow.

Ingredients


• Curd
 Lemon juice
 Olive oil
• Rose Water 

Method

• Mix half a cup of curd with 2 teaspoons of Lemon Juice and Olive Oil. Mix all these ingredients well to make a paste.

 Wash your face, and then apply the paste on your Skin. Leave it for 20 minutes till it dries.

 Dab a cotton ball in rose water and remove the mask.

 Wash your face after an hour, as this will keep your skin nourished and glowing.
