A little sun exposure is good it provides D vitamin, excessive exposure is harsh which can cause great damage to your skin. It mainly causes Sunburn, Skin Cancer, Weak Immune system. When Skin gets exposed to the sun the melanin which protects the skin gets burnt thus leading to skin darkening. Home remedies work better healing Tanning as they have no side effects.

* Tip 1 Take a bowl of Tomato puree and 4 tablespoons of Lemon Juice, mix it well and apply on the damaged area massage it for 10 min, and rinse it off with cold water. Do this for 15 days for complete results.

* Tip 2 Take 6 tablespoons of lemon juice mix it with turmeric and apply it on the tanned skin leave it for 30 min, rinse it off with normal water.

* Tip 3 Take a potato slice and rub on the tanned areas, use this in sensitive areas.
