What is it that is absolutely free, never goes out of fashion, can change the most stressful atmosphere within seconds and is most contagious? No marks for guessing- a smile of course. Neither the most expensive jewellery nor the most fashionable designer outfit can do to your personality what a smile can. We are attracted to and are automatically drawn to people who smile. It is easier to converse with someone looks happy rather than with someone who frowns and stays withdrawn. Close your eyes for a few seconds and think of the top ten most beautiful things in the world. A smiling face will definitely feature somewhere in the top five. Visualise a smiling baby or a wrinkled old woman’s toothless grin, doesn’t it lift up the sides of your lips into a lovely curve?

A smile can go a long way. Research says that not only does a smile win you friends but it bestows you with a lot of health benefits too. It helps your body function better, reduces your stress level and helps improve your life and lifestyle too. Check out these points, they may actually give you a reason to smile more often.
