Oopiri Producer Recovers 26+ Crores

Nagarjuna and Karthi's "Oopiri" is the talking point at the moment with the film dominating the box office for a week. And with the arrival of many films this Friday, we have to see if anyone could stump its good run.
Till date, both the Telugu and Tamil versions of the film have collected nearly 26+ crores "share" from box office. From two Telugu states alone, Telugu version collected 12.25 crores, while from Karnataka it made 2.3 crores and USA box office has given 4.5 crores. Tamil version collected 7.7 crores share, leading to a total of 26.75 crores altogether.
The film has to recover 60 crores for its producer to make sure that they won't loss a penny. At least it need to recover 45-50 crores from box office to get that 'hit' tag and also save producer. Rest will be taken care by satellite rights.
