Story :
Oohalu Gusagusalade depicts the life of three different people. Naga Shourya (An aspiring News Reader), Srinivas Avasarala (Owner of a TV Channel) and Raashi Khanna (A dentist). Naga Shourya falls in love with Raashi Khanna when he visits his sister's place during college vacation in Vizag. Raashi also visits her granny's place in Vizag at the same time. Raashi reject's Shourya's proposal feeling that it is too early to make a decision. Later, due to some unforeseen circumstances, the duo fall apart. After this Shourya starts working in Srinivas's TV Channel. Srinivas is a man who is in the right age for marriage. He gets to see a lot of girls but nevers likes anyone. Srinivas is a person who does not have the ability to express his feelings to a girl. One fine day he gets to see the photograph of Raashi Khanna and decides to get married to her at any cost. With loads of twists and turns, the story gets into an interesting mode after this. What kind of complications occur ? Will Shourya manage to sort this out ? How did Shourya help Srinivas Avasarala in impressing Raashi ? Whom does Raashi marry ? All this forms the rest of the story !!!
Analysis :
Oohalu Gusagusalade is a perfect Rom-Com movie. Comedy and romance is blended in the right quantity and some drama adds spice to the film. The movie might be a regular genre to audience, but the script has a difference and it feels fresh and new.
Telugu One Perspective
Performances :
Naga Shourya :
Nga Shourya did a good job when it comes to performance. He did not show any trace of a new comer in this film. For a soft film like Oohalu Gusagusalade, Shourya did subtle and neat acting.
Raashi Khanna :
Raashi Khanna is the center point of the film. The entire movie runs on whom she will marry or fall in love with. Raashi did her job in perfection and beautified the screen with her bubbly looks. This lady can look beautiful even without make-up and she proved this fact.
Avasarala Srinivas :
We all know that Srinivas is a person who can converse in a witty manner. His comedy in the film does not look off sync. Instead, his dialogues and satires go with the flow and adds glow to the film.
Actors like Rao Ramesh, Pragathi, Hema, Posani Muralikrishna, Satya Krishnan and so on made sure to add life to the film. Their roles were short yet significant.

Direction :
Avasarala Srinivas proved that he can make a good director. He decided to choose a safe genre as a beginner and executed his work in perfection. The script is fresh and refreshing. The story can interest people of all categories although it is slow and subtle.
Music :
Kalyani Koduri's melodies were very soothing and rejuvenating. Three songs in the film will keep ringing in our minds even after coming out of the theaters.
Cinematography :
Venkat C Dilip did a wonderful job as a cinematographer. This man is also a debutante and did an appreciable work for sure.
Production Values :
Produced by Sai Korrapati under the banner Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram, Oohalu Gusagusalade has given an opportunity for new talents to enter into the film industry. No compromises had been made on the expenses although the film is of a small budget category. The effort of encouraging new faces in both acting and technical category is highly commendable.
